WASHINGTON, DC – NRCC veterans Michael McAdams and Jared Solomon are partnering to launch a media production and public affairs firm, Spotlight Media Group, following their successful tenure at the NRCC.
McAdams served as Communications Director and Solomon served as Creative Director during the 2022 cycle, and helped House Republicans retake the majority for just the third time since 1954. McAdams also serves as Executive Director for GOP Majority Whip Tom Emmer’s political operation.

The firm will focus on creating TV and digital ads for Republican candidates and GOP-aligned groups as well as providing public affairs support to corporations, trade associations, and high-net-worth individuals.

Michael has over a decade of experience winning the toughest fights in Washington, DC. He led House Republicans’ communications efforts en route to winning a House Majority, helped expand a Senate Majority, and spearheaded efforts to win a House leadership election. He specializes in public affairs, crisis communications, media production, and media training.
A filmmaker and experienced political ad-maker, Jared works closely with clients to express their unique stories from inception to post-production, ensuring their individual voices and vision remain at the forefront of the process.
